Defective hardware is covered by a 30-day limited warranty and must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of excessive wear, damage from accidents, abuse, disassembly, customized modification, user error, or incidental damages are not covered.
Please report any dead on arrival items, damage, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to inspect all items carefully upon receipt within this time frame. Minor cosmetic issues such as scratches, blemishes, or discoloration are considered normal and are not covered by warranty.
All returns are processed as refunds regardless of the return option selected at the time.
Ensure compatibility of our products is your responsibility; we recommend researching items before placing an order as incompatibility is not grounds for eligible returns.
Return shipping costs are not covered by vapebridge.com; you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We do not reimburse shipping costs for any reason.
